The N1 Hotel in Harare and Bulawayo require payment in full at check in. Confirmation is required 24 hours prior to your arrival. Harare & Bulawayo bookings will be released at 17:00 hours on the arrival date WITHOUT NOTICE if the said Hotel receives no confirmation before this time.
To confirm your accommodation at The N1 Hotel & Campsite in Victoria Falls, a 100% deposit is required before your arrival. Bookings made at The N1 Hotel & Campsite in Victoria Falls will be held for 24 hours and then cancelled WITHOUT NOTICE if no payment is made.
Low Season Cancelation Policy
More than 48 hours before check-in – 100% deposit refunded.
Less than 48 hours before check-in – No Refund
High Season Cancelation Policy
More than 7 days before check-in – 100% deposit refunded.
Less than 7 days before check-in – No Refund
High season rates and periods vary and apply to show weeks, major public events and certain holiday periods. Download our rate sheet for High Season rates and contact Reservations for High Season dates. Christmas high season rates are set at The N1 Hotel & Campsite in Victoria Falls, starting from the 15th December through to the 5th January every year.
Dormitories are shared and are not gender assigned. There are four beds per dormitory i.e. two bunk beds. Sheets, a blanket and pillows are supplied.
Child Policy – 0-12 years free when sharing with an adult, however no additional bedding is provided. Max 2 children per room sharing. Children over 12 years pay full adult sharing rate.
All guests checking in are required to produce a valid Passport or ID. Please could you kindly make sure one of these documents is available at check in.
Check in time starts at 2pm and check out time is before 10am.
