AGENT REGISTRATION FORM

Dear Agent,

Please fill in the following form if you would like to receive STO rates for the N1 Hotel Harare, Bulawayo and Victoria Falls. Only registered Agents who provide a copy of a valid Operators License qualify for NET rates off our system. Please read the Terms & Conditions below.

1. Operator License Requirements
a) The N1 Hotel requires a copy of the Agency’s certified and valid operating license.
b) Zimbabwean based Agents and Operators are required to produce their valid Zimbabwean Tourism Authority license.
c) Regional and International Agents and Operators are required to produce their local operators license.
d) Agents and Operators who cannot produce a copy of their valid operators license as per either clause 1(b) or 1(c) will not receive STO rate authorisation at any N1 Hotel.

2. Commissions
a) Agent NET rates are calculated off our RACK rate at 20%. The NET rates are reflected on our STO Rate Sheet.
b) Further occupancy discounts may apply so please check our best available rate (BAR) of the day, so you can quote the BAR to your clientele.
c) Commissions are only payable on accommodation. Breakfasts are non commissionable.

3. Payment and Confirmation of Bookings
a) Full payment of the quoted Agent NET rate must be made prior to the guests arrival.
b) Unless full payment is made prior to arrival, guests bookings will not be confirmed and guests will not be permitted to check into the hotel. Unconfirmed bookings will be released 24 hours prior to arrival.
c) Clearance of full payment by our Accounts Department confirms your guests booking at the N1 Hotel.

4. Block Bookings
a) For bookings of 5 rooms or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment required thereafter as per clause 3(a).
b) Kindly note that if the full complement of guests do not check in, the agent will be obligated to pay for those rooms.

6. Cancellation of Bookings
a) Low season cancellation policy – More than 48 hours before check-in – 100% deposit refunded. Less than 48 hours before check-in – No Refund.
b) High season cancellation policy – More than 7 days before check-in – 100% deposit refunded. Less than 7 days before check-in – No Refund

7. High Season
a) High season periods vary and apply to show weeks, major public events and certain holiday periods. Please check directly with Reservations.
